Head Chef – Hotel
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a head chef who will respect, implement, and adhere to a precisely defined and functioning international F&B concept. We are talking about a concept of high-quality Czech and international cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Communicative knowledge of English (or German) is an advantage
- Willingness to adhere to prescribed rules and procedures
- International experience in the F&B sector is welcome
Job description:
Management of the kitchen team for:
- brasserie with approx. 50 seats
- bar with approx. 25 seats
- banquets/seminars with approx. 30 seats
Tasks:
- Buffet breakfasts
- Lunch and dinner menus
- Room service menus
- Bar menu
Responsibilities:
- For the entire kitchen area
- Management, motivation, and selection of staff
- Compliance with all legal hygiene standards
- Compliance with (previously agreed with management) use/cost of raw materials
